History

We were incorporated as a California Insurance Company in 1978 and received our charter in 1981. We are a specialty insurance company writing surplus lines of business and we transact our business exclusively through wholesale brokers. We have enjoyed steady growth and under­writing profit since our formation and are totally committed to making an under­writing profit. Our investment portfolio is conservative and very "Blue Chip".

We believe that our reinsurance "Partners" are the very best in the world, and we are proud to do business with them.
